I remember the years in which I felt too embarrassed and ashamed of my body that I've missed out on many Summer experiences such as going to the beach with friends and family.

Being recovered for many years, I'm now able to really focus on staying present in the moment so I can soak up the sun, absorb the conversations around me and enjoy the company of my friends and family. I constantly remind myself that I have an opportunity now to reclaim the memories that I lost by creating new ones.
