Many people with eating disorders do not recognize how harming their illness is to their soul. 

One of the ways to counter that is by practicing soul care (or self-care).

Soul care really means slowing down and grounding yourself in the present moment instead of being consumed with achieving and striving.

Today, I'm sharing 3 criteria for soul care as well as some of my favorite activities to slow down and get into a space of soul care.
