Angie's Recovery Tip #24: Should You Watch 'To the Bone'?

As a therapist and someone who is recovered from an eating disorder, I was hesitant to watch the new Netflix movie, To the Bone.

However, I thought it was important for me to watch it, given te fact that so many of my clients have expressed concern or interest in seeing it.

So in today's video, I'm sharing my thoughts on Marti Noxon's latest movie.

Angie's Recovery Tip #19: Dealing With Overwhelm

Today, I want to explore the feeling of overwhelm with you.

I personally have noticed that if you take time for what I call the sacred pause, you will be able to reconnect with that place inside yourself that really is calm, serene and where you know that everything is manageable and that you don't have to worry or stress so much.

Watch the rest of the video to find out how to connect with that place.

Angie's Recovery Tip #18: What to Do When You Feel Disconnected?

What to do when you feel disconnected and go out of alignment?

In this video, I'm talking about ways to get intentional about your breath and remember that that is a steady part of you that you can always tap into.

I encourage you to find a place to just sit for 2-5 minutes and consciously go back to your breath and just stay in that space. Every day and watch how that practice evolves over time.
